Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in your order. If there is a problem with an item, contact us at mgcosplaycom@gmail.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Eligibility

Return or exchange requests are reviewed individually. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Custom, made-to-order, clearance, and intimate items may be ineligible except where an item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Return process

Please wait for written authorization and return instructions before mailing an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unless an error was made by MGcosplay, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original credit card after the returned item is inspected.
