• Ready-in-stock items ship out within 24 hours.
• Unstocked costumes: 7–35 business days.
• Custom-size orders require 14–35 business days.

Shipping Transit Time: 3–16 business days.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time.

We deliver to United States, Canada, Australia and other available countries shown at checkout.

Longer production time for Angel Panty and Angel Stocking: These two costumes are made after each order is paid, with estimated dispatch within 120 days after payment. They do not have a shared release date. Their product-specific production estimate replaces the standard processing times above; shipping transit time is additional.

International orders, including deliveries to European countries, may be subject to import duties, import VAT and customs clearance or carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination authorities or carrier and are payable by the customer. Import duties are not included in product prices or shipping charges. Any import charges not explicitly collected at checkout may be payable before or upon delivery. Taxes shown at checkout do not mean that all import charges have been paid. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If a charge appears to have already been collected at checkout, contact us with the receipt before paying it again.

The written package contents for your selected option determine what is included. A styled photo may show separate items. Check the package list and ask about unclear pieces or quantities before ordering.

Do not assume that every wig is heat-safe. Check the product's fiber information and confirm the permitted temperature before applying heat.

No. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping transit time. The 3–16 business-day transit estimate starts after preparation. Check the processing times above and the shipping information when planning for an event.
