Ask for help when a measurement or fit detail is unclear instead of choosing from your usual clothing size alone.

How do I match wigs and shoes?
For wigs, compare the pictured color, length and style with your chosen reference. Check the listed fiber and included accessories; heat styling is only appropriate when the product information confirms suitability and you have the required temperature guidance. For shoes and boots, compare your measurements with the listing's size information. Do not assume a familiar shoe-size label guarantees the same fit across designs.
Are the wig, shoes and props included?
Check the written package list for the exact option you select. Do not assume every photographed accessory is included. Record separate pieces and quantities, compare them with what you already own, and ask about unclear entries before buying. For a convention prop, check the event's own size and material rules before placing an order.
How do I plan delivery before an event?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time. Ready-in-stock items ship out within 24 hours. Unstocked costumes require 7–35 business days, and custom-size orders require 14–35 business days. Shipping transit time is 3–16 business days. Transit time begins after preparation; it is not the total time from ordering.
Longer production time for Angel Panty and Angel Stocking: These two costumes are made after each order is paid, with estimated dispatch within 120 days after payment. They do not have a shared release date. Their product-specific production estimate replaces the standard processing times above; shipping transit time is additional.
Check availability for your exact size or option and allow time to inspect and try on the outfit before your event. Shipping estimates do not guarantee arrival on an event date.
