Shipping origin and order preparation

MGcosplay's business operations are managed by Shenzhen Fengxu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, mainland China. Payments are collected through Nlife LLC Limited in Hong Kong. See our company and contact information for the separate business and payment collection addresses. Products are shipped from China to the customer's destination country. Our range includes both ready-in-stock items and items made to order. Processing time depends on the item and selected size or option; it is separate from shipping transit time. If the preparation status of your selected option is unclear, contact us before ordering.

Tailoring / Processing Time:

  • Ready-in-stock items ship out within 24 hours.
  • Unstocked costumes: 7–35 business days.
  • Custom-size orders require 14–35 business days.

Longer production time for Angel Panty and Angel Stocking: These two costumes are made after each order is paid, with estimated dispatch within 120 days after payment. They do not have a shared release date. Their product-specific production estimate replaces the standard processing times above; shipping transit time is additional.

Shipping Transit Time: 3–16 business days.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time.

We deliver to United States, Canada, Australia and other available countries shown at checkout.

Shipping options

  • Express delivery: about 3–5 business days in transit
  • Standard delivery: about 6–10 business days in transit
  • Economy delivery: about 10–16 business days in transit

Delivery estimates begin after preparation is complete. Remote areas, customs processing, carrier disruptions, and incomplete address details can extend delivery time. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required in their destination country.

Customs duties and import charges

International orders, including deliveries to European countries, may be subject to import duties, import VAT and customs clearance or carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination authorities or carrier and are payable by the customer. Import duties are not included in product prices or shipping charges. Any import charges not explicitly collected at checkout may be payable before or upon delivery. Taxes shown at checkout do not mean that all import charges have been paid. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If a charge appears to have already been collected at checkout, contact us with the receipt before paying it again.
