These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MGcosplay website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website.

1. Company information

Business identity and Shenzhen office

MGcosplay's business operations and Shenzhen office are managed by Shenzhen Fengxu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (English translation of the registered Chinese name: 深圳市枫旭电子商务有限公司), a company registered in mainland China.

Payment collection

Payments for MGcosplay orders are collected through Nlife LLC Limited, the Hong Kong company used for payment collection. This payment collection role is separate from the Shenzhen business operations and office described above.

Products ship from China. Neither registered company address is the default return address. Please contact us for return authorization and the designated local or China warehouse address before sending any item back. See our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and store use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, and availability accurately. Colors may vary by screen and lighting, and handmade or made-to-order items may have minor variations. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. We may correct errors or update information without prior notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfillment. Products remain subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing or listing errors, stock issues, legal restrictions, or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees will be shown at checkout where available or may be collected by local authorities. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped from China. We offer both ready-in-stock and made-to-order items; processing time depends on the selected item or option and is additional to shipping transit time. See our Shipping Info for processing and delivery estimates.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Standard-size made-to-order items: Ordinary items made after an order is placed in a standard listed size are eligible for return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the condition requirements and other exclusions in this policy. Being made to order alone does not make a standard-size item non-returnable. For non-quality-related returns, the customer pays return shipping, including international return shipping to China when that warehouse is designated.

Authorized returns may be directed to a local warehouse in the customer's country or to our warehouse in China, depending on the destination country and warehouse availability. Local returns are not guaranteed for every country or order. MGcosplay covers return shipping costs for confirmed quality issues, defects, transit damage, incorrect items, or items materially different from the order. For other eligible returns, customers pay return shipping and related duties, including international shipping to China where applicable, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, original photography, and other content owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission. References to third-party characters, franchises, games, films, or other properties are for product identification and do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except as required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your place of residence.

Customs duties and import charges

International orders, including deliveries to European countries, may be subject to import duties, import VAT and customs clearance or carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination authorities or carrier and are payable by the customer. Import duties are not included in product prices or shipping charges. Any import charges not explicitly collected at checkout may be payable before or upon delivery. Taxes shown at checkout do not mean that all import charges have been paid. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If a charge appears to have already been collected at checkout, contact us with the receipt before paying it again.
